January – CCDC 5A & CCDC 17 webinar
January’s webinar will give an overview and comparison of construction management (CM) methods focusing on CCDC 5A and CCDC 17. CCDC 5A is a service contract between the Owner and Construction Manager where the Owner contracts directly with Trade Contractors using CCDC 17.
The webinar will discuss the differences between this method and using CCDC 5B, a contract for services and construction for which the Construction Manager engages Trade Contractors as subcontractors and is responsible for their performance.
