The image, and others like it, illustrate the hazards that construction signage creates for pedestrians when not placed correctly.

Resource // Register for Shift Change’s Leadership Program Starting January 12

Current and future workplace challenges ask a lot from leaders and supervisors. Male supervisors in skilled trades identified the need to learn how to create inclusive work environments, suitable for both women, men and gender non-binary people. This course has been created and designed based on feedback and needs expressed by tradespeople.
