CCDC Document Updates and Price Increases
The Canadian Construction Association (CCA) has announced that prices for CCDC contracts and guides will increase in 2025. In Nova Scotia, new pricing will take effect on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. On average, prices will increase by 6%.
Pricing of CCDC 9 Statutory Declarations
The price of CCDC 9 statutory declaration seals has increased significantly, rising to $15 for 10 packs and $125 for 100 packs (note: this pricing reflects CANS members’ discount).
There is a second price increase to CCDC 9 seals scheduled for September 1, 2025 ($165 for 100 packs and $18 for 10 packs). Those regularly using Statutory Declarations may wish to stock up ahead of these scheduled increases.
CDBI Rebranding
Additionally, all CDBI documents will be rebranded under the CCA name and appear in the updated CCA order list on CANSnet. The content of these documents will remain unchanged.
