Remaining stages of the 2020 Building Futures for Youth Program cancelled
/in front/by CANSAfter carefully considering all ongoing developments and public health recommendations regarding COVID-19 in Nova Scotia, we regret to announce the remaining stages of the 2020 BFY program are cancelled. This includes Construction Safety Awareness Training at NSCC and all BFY summer co-op work placements.
The Construction Association of Nova Scotia and all program partners prioritize safety above all else, and while we are disappointed, we are confident the correct decision has been made in the interest of students, families, teachers, host employers and all NS communities.

Action from Members Required: Industry calls for the creation of an Emergency COVID-19 Construction Cost Relief Program
