CANS Education & Training Course Highlight – New CCDC 2 Online Training

This winter, CCDC will be publishing the new version of the CCDC 2 ‘Stipulated Price Contract’ and the brand-new Master Specification for Division 01 ‘General Requirements’ and CCDC 31 ‘Service Contract Between Owner and Consultant’ documents. Statistics: Value of Building Permits Increased Nearly 2% in August

The trend in Nova Scotia building permit values largely reflects the trends in the Halifax market. The value of Halifax building permits decreased 20.3 percent in August 2020, reflecting a 12.4 percent decrease in residential permit values and a 46.1 percent decrease in non-residential permit values.
