On Friday, April 14, CANS 2023 Home Depot Pro De-Icer marked industry’s kick-off to a busy construction season. And what a start to the season it was – more than 1,700 attendees gathered at the Halifax Convention Centre for a celebratory evening of exceptional fine dining, musical entertainment, and unparalleled networking opportunities.

Overall building permit values in Nova Scotia increased in the first two months of 2023 compared with January-February 2022. This reflects an increase in all non-residential permit types across the province, with the exception of industrial building permit values in Halifax.
