The safety of our members and event participants is of the utmost importance. While we want to celebrate a booming construction season, reconnecting in-person with our members across the province is not possible at this time. The redevelopment of the QEII Health Sciences Centre is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to rethink and rebuild the way we deliver health care. It is a massive, multi-year project that’s laying out how we’ll meet the health care needs of Nova Scotians for the next 50 years. It will also allow services to be moved out of the ageing Centennial, Victoria and Dickson buildings on the Victoria General (VG) site of the QEII.
Natural Resources Canada has developed a package of materials related to air source heat pump (ASHP) sizing and selection, intended for use by mechanical system designers and renovation contractors. The materials were designed to assist these individuals with sizing and selecting ASHPs for Canadian climates, in both new and existing (retrofit) residential applications.
