The required work on this project is for complete construction services for significant demolition of the existing Visitor Reception Centre building (160 m2) and the re-construction, renovation, and planned expansion for a revised total 1,125 m2 building.
CANS is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Program Lead. Reporting to the Director, Policy and Workforce Development, this position is responsible for the day-to-day planning, delivery, and administration of the Building Futures for Youth program (BFY). This position is responsible for coordinating with key industry & community partners to promote program awareness and ensure career exploration opportunities for Nova Scotia youth.
Nova Scotia’s housing starts (seasonally adjusted annualized rate) totalled 4,592 units in September 2021. This was 94.2% above the revised 2,365 units started in August 2021.
The project generally consists of constructing a new Mi’gmaq Child and Family Services building (MCFSNB) For Metepenagiag First Nation to be located at Indian Garden Road, Red Bank Reserve, New Brunswick.
CANS is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Community Engagement Lead. Reporting to the Director, Policy and Workforce Development, this position is responsible for the planning and administration of all Building Futures for Youth (BFY) community engagement activities.
