Safety Bulletin: Guardrails (Reminder)
The following notice was originally shared by the Safety Branch of the Department of Labour, Skills and Immigration on March, 7, 2022.
Safety Bulletin —
“The Safety Branch of the Department of Labour, Skills and Immigration would like to inform you that guardrails are required where there is a risk of falling at a doorway or the opening of a building floor, roof, walls or shaft. (Pursuant to subsection 21.5(3) of the Nova Scotia Workplace Health and Safety Regulations)”
