What do you like about working at CANS?

I like the fact that the CANS team promotes a culture of excellence while keeping employee autonomy and satisfaction at the forefront of their approach.

What is your favourite part of your workday?

My favourite part of the workday at CANS is connecting members of the community, be it representatives of construction companies or people working within the Department of Education, and getting to know them while learning from them

What sets CANS apart from your past jobs?

CANS extends from the construction industry into workforce development, community engagement, and youth mentorship among other things. The dimensions of this organization separate this job from my past work experiences

Some of Adam’s hobbies:

In my spare time, I like to hike, get to the gym, and play sports. I also like to play guitar, watch hockey and football, read, and spend time with my family.

Did you Know?

Adam once worked in a community in Northern Labrador where the primary mode of transportation from house to house, or between communities was on Ski-Doo.
