CANS Manager, Education and Training Development
CANS is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Manager, Education & Training Development.
Reporting to the Director, Policy & Workforce Development, this position is responsible for the management of CANS Education and Training Development program which provides competitive, relevant, and cost-effective professional development opportunities to the construction industry in Atlantic Canada.
The Education & Training Program provides continuing educational support and opportunities in a variety of formats for individuals currently employed in the construction trades and industry. Ideal candidate has a strong program management experience, including strategic planning, business development, program evaluation, managing and building annual budget while adhering to organizational goals and objectives. CANS Building Futures for Youth Program Lead
CANS is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Building Futures for Youth Program Lead.
Reporting to the Director, Policy and Workforce Development, this position is responsible for the day-to-day planning, delivery, and administration of the Building Futures for Youth program (BFY). This position is responsible for coordinating with key industry & community partners to promote program awareness and ensure career exploration opportunities for Nova Scotia youth.
